I’m an optometrist
I received my Doctor of Optometry degree from Centro Escolar University - Manila in 2020. However, due to the pandemic, I was not licensed and registered until 2022. Shortly after, I got my first retail job.
I write
I’m an avid reader and write on Bear Blog about what I learn and ponder on. Blogging makes learning stick more and serves as a historical artifact on what and how I would think and write in the past.

Whom I met in my freshman year. We shared the same class. After a year, we started dating. A decade later, we got married.
I like to code
It started with automating spreadsheets. And then a “Hello World” during the pandemic. Now I build apps for personal use (maybe sell some in the future).
Programming led me to blogging. A brief read on Michael Hartl’s Learn Enough Ruby on Rails Tutorial Preface led me to Derek Siver’s website which subsequetnly led me to Bear Blog.
